KLEEMANN

Kleemann’s Mobiscreen line has a mobile screen for every need, from the quicksetup MS 16 and MS 19 which are designed mainly for contractors but are also at home in quarries – to the larger MS 18 and MS 20, designed mainly for quarry applications and high output.

Track-mounted screen plants from Kleemann range in screen surface size from 8.4 to 22 square yards. Designed as double-deck or triple-deck screens with or without feed hopper, as a banana screen, with finger-screening surface with rubber perforated panels, and more, the screens are suitable for use everywhere high outputs are required and heavy-duty material must be separated.

SBM

SBM has five mobile screening plants. The screening plants are equipped with a 2- or 3-deck screening machine covered as standard by spring steel wire cloth or pressure weld grid. The screening plants can be driven directly via the diesel engine of the crusher. Alternatively, the mains/changeover allows the screening plant to be powered by external power sources. Running the screening plants electronically means that the machine produces zero emissions. According to SBM, the diesel-electric drive of the SBM screening plants has 40 percent fuel savings when compared to traditional diesel-hydraulic drives, which is more environmentally friendly and allows this screening plant to be used in underground applications.

METSO MINERALS

At the core of the Lokotrack ST2.8 track-mounted scalping screen is a brand new high-stroke Metso screen. According to the company, it has more screening area on the second deck compared to other mobile screens in the same size range. The high eccentric throw translates to power in material separation, and a large screening area ensures precision in fines separation. The ST2.8 screen is ideal for handling feed material that is sticky, wet and difficult, and when high capacity is required.

ELRUS

Elrus’s MS612 6- x 12-inch 3-deck screen plant is a compact plant that is designed to provide faster and easier setup and mobilization. It requires less power consumption, reduces maintenance, and screen changes are lightning fast, while maintaining production capabilities equal to or greater than its larger 6- x 20-inch and 7- x 20-inch counterparts. The screen design incorporates two screening sections on each deck offering the benefits of both horizontal and inclined screening. This results in rapid fines removal and more accurate sizing and stratification. The screen plant is available in standard screen and feeder-screen configurations.

KPI-JCI AND ASTEC MOBILE SCREENS

The new track-mounted GT205 Multi-Frequency Screen features KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens’ unique multi-frequency screen design, which blends the technology of conventional incline and high frequency screens to produce a one-of-a-kind vibration for a screening tool that increases fines separation. The GT205 Multi-Frequency Screen is prepared to tackle any application and KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens pioneered the design of the industry’s first multi-frequency screen. The multifrequency screen is ideal for experienced producers seeking to reclaim material or reduce waste and improve their performance compared to conventional screens. It processes materials from 6 inches to 20 mesh.

SCREEN MACHINE

The Spyder 622TH screening plant features a 6- x 22-inch triple-deck, triple-shaft screen box with a unique direct feed design which allows for more comprehensive material separation. This is a significant benefit in some applications where finer, cleaner screening is required. The Spyder 622TH incorporates the triple-deck screen with four self-contained stockpiling conveyors to offer increased capabilities and efficiency. The 622TH also features a Caterpillar C4.4TA, 140-hp power plant.

TEREX MINERALS PROCESSING SYSTEMS

The new Terex Cedarapids CRS620S portable screen plant combines El-Jay high g-force oval stroke motion with adjustable slope operation. This technology, available only from Terex MPS, increases capacity and handles applications not possible with traditional horizontal screens. Hydraulics quickly change the screen slope in 2.5-degree increments up to a maximum of 7.5 degrees to best fit the application. Variable slope capability allows the screen to handle larger deck loads and bigger screen openings for increased production. The patented low-maintenance flex shaft screen drive eliminates belt whip, belt slippage and the need for spring loaded belt tensioners. Roll-away blending chutes and extended walkways allow easy access to screen cloth.
