RUBBLE MASTER brings its next-generation impact crushers to North America
Designed to hit new crushing targets, the RM 90X and RM 100X feature automated controls and an upgraded crusher rotor
RUBBLE MASTER's latest next-generation impact crusher models — the RM 90X and RM 100X — will launch on the North American market at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026. Purpose-built for aggregate producers, custom crushing contractors, and site developers, the new models deliver higher uptime, lower cost per ton, and industry-leading simplicity in challenging operating conditions.
The RM 90X features a 34-inch x 25-inch inlet opening and weighs under 68,000 lbs and is based on the proven RM 90GO! — RUBBLE MASTER's longest-running production model.
The RM 100X, with its 38-inch x 28-inch inlet opening and weight of under 79,000 lbs, builds on the success of the RM 100GO!.
Advanced assistance systems for a new operator experience
The RM 90X and RM 100X compact impact crushers are designed around the RM NEXT philosophy, combining operator-friendly controls, automated machine optimization, and a fuel-efficient diesel-electric drive. These features help crews deliver consistent tonnage — even with variable feed, changing specs, and tight staffing.
The new ultra-bright 12-inch display delivers a new operating experience and unlocks several new digital features:
- A Setup Advisor helps crews dial in machine settings in minutes. Less experienced operators get an initial suggested setup for your application that maximizes production and minimizes wear.
- Self-Guided Troubleshooting with step-by-step troubleshooting routines for the most common errors to minimize downtime and keep daily production on schedule.
- Advanced Service Tools to identify issues faster and minimize the number of phone calls required with your service team.
Also included is the new human-machine interface, including a performance indicator, status lights, and radio-controlled operation. The performance indicator helps operators intuitively find the feed rate sweet spot, maximizing production and minimizing wear. The status lights provide clarity about the machine's condition to the entire crew around the crusher.

The RM XSMART App
Part of the new interface is the RM XSMART app, which allows operators to connect to the machine on-site to gain more clarity into its performance and condition. With the optional camera system, operators can conveniently monitor critical material transfer points on the machine from their cab to identify material buildup, react quickly, and maintain uptime.
The optional belt scales come with a heavy-duty tablet that gives operators total control over their belt scale from their cab. Zeroing and calibrating the scales doesn't require you to leave the cab. Recording and sharing job reports also works from the app. The days of using numeric control panels and small displays to operate your belt scale are over.
Up to 25 percent more rotor inertia
RUBBLE MASTER not only updated the looks and usability but also installed a new heavy-duty rotor featuring a greater variety of hammer options, including new heavy-duty hammers for more uptime. The RM90X has 25 percent and the RM 100X has 17 percent more rotor inertia compared to the previous models. This means the new rotor design delivers less rotor speed fluctuations, a more consistent end product, and less wear.
