Screen Machine celebrates 50th anniversary; debuts two new machines

Screen Machine is celebrating 50 years in business in 2016. On Thursday, June 23, Screen Machine hosted dealers, suppliers, local, state and federal officials, families of employees and other special guests to its 125,000-square foot facility in Etna, Ohio. According to the company, it was a day to celebrate a great American success story, and to look ahead to a bright future. At the event, Screen Machine debuted about 75 tons of new machinery and welcomed nearly 700 guests for the day.

Screen Machine CST track-mounted portable cone crusher

A new patented design for Screen Machine’s CST track-mounted portable cone crusher features a screen in front of the cone crushing chamber to remove the fines prior to crushing. This dramatically prolongs the life of the cone and associated wear parts while maximizing productivity, the company says.

Spyder track-mounted 514TS screening plant

Screen Machine Industries LLC has added a new track-mounted reverse style screening plant designed for secondary screening of rock, sand and gravel, and other materials, to their product line. The Spyder 514TS is equipped with a 5- x 14-foot double-deck screen with Smooth Start Technology. This heavy-duty machine is capable of producing up to three different sized products simultaneously.

Spyder 622TH direct feed allows for more comprehensive material separation

The Spyder 622TH screening plant features a 6- by 22-foot triple deck, triple shaft screen box with a unique direct feed design which allows for more comprehensive material separation. This is a significant benefit in applications where finer, cleaner screening is required. The 622TH also features a Caterpillar C4.4TA, 140-hp power plant for reliability and dependable worldwide service.
