Gencor Industries is displaying an array of new optimized equipment that improve engine efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions in its outdoor exhibit at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023.

A feature of the booth will be the Ultradrum A.R.E. (Advanced RAP Entry) which utilizes the gases and convective heat of the combustion zone to preheat and advance the release of internal moisture as the aggregates and RAP move through the dryer. Also featured will be Gencor's GreenMachine designed to produce warm mix asphalt using water to lower overall process temperature of the mix over to reduce energy consumption, improve mix quality and lower (GHG) emissions.

The new SH series of electric thermal fluid heaters will be on display. These heaters are the latest technology for delivering clean and efficient instantaneous process heat without a conventional combustion burner and the associated exhaust stack. Heaters are available in multiple sizes.

Gencor will also be debuting two new innovations in control automation; the all new GenV burner control, which boasts a number of improved features and a fresh new HMI interface for any type of burner, and the all new Gen-Konnect dashboard system. Gencor's all new Gen-Konnect dashboard is designed for the contractor that requires real-time high level management of multiple plant operations. The all new dashboard system shows real-time GPS plant location, monitoring of plant vitals including plant production rates, operating temperatures, and silo and tank inventory.
