Allen Engineering Corporation (AEC) will debut two new ride-on trowels at World of Concrete 2023: the MSP465 and the HDX615.

The MSP465 ride-on trowel

The MSP465 is a compact eight-foot ride-on trowel. It features an electric start and is powered by a Kubota engine. The machine is equipped with a liquid-cooled gasoline engine, a 10-gallon aluminum fuel tank, and assisted steering. It helps reduce operator fatigue and longer run times and is ideal for panning or finishing due to its high torque, even at high rotor speeds.

Features of the MSP465 ride-on trowel

  • 57 hp Kubota WG1605 liquid-cooled gasoline engine
  • Push to spray foot pedal
  • Aluminum 10-gal tank
  • Push to start
  • Assisted manual steering
  • 170 RPMs

The HDX615 ride-on trowel

The HDX615 ride-on trowel is an eight-foot, fully hydraulic machine powered by a dual-fuel PSI engine.

The HDX615 comes equipped with a mechanical unloader hydraulic system providing ideal performance during the panning phase of concrete placement. The dual-fuel engine feature allows the operator to change between gasoline and LPG. Multiple fuel options provide the operator with less downtime and more productivity.

Features of the HDX615:

  • Dual-fuel PSI engine
  • Fully hydraulic
  • Electric spray control and electric pitch control on the joystick
  • Two-point lifting points
  • Super-duty cast iron spiders with super-duty trowel arms
  • LED lights

AEC will display both new ride-on trowels at booth #4315 at World of Concrete 2023.
