The VR70Underhood Air Compressor, designed for GM 6.6L Duramax Diesel 4500 to 5500Series trucks, is a belt-driven, under-hood mounted air compressor system designed to combine high performance with a compact installation. Units deliver up to 70 cfm or 175 psi air output at a weight of less than 150 pounds (dry). By mounting these air compressors underneath the hood of a work truck, contractors and fleet operators maximize the deck space and payload capacity available.
