Rebar cutting shear for excavators

The RCS 80 Rebar Cutting Shear is designed for excavators weighing 70,000 to 100,000 pounds (30 to 45 metric tons) and its design maximizes the power generated from the carrier’s bucket linkage. Staggered blades in the upper jaw hold and process rebar as it bypasses into the lower jaw. This differs from traditional shears that gather material into an apex, which requires more power to process. Blades are bolt-on replaceable and indexible to maximize blade utilization for reduced operating cost. An 18-inch wide upper jaw processes rebar to two-foot minus.
