Guests were invited to tour the new site that combines collaborative meeting and training spaces with a dedicated demonstration area, allowing customers to evaluate equipment and solutions in a practical, hands-on environment. As a fully operational Wajax branch, the facility also provides access to the company's complete range of material handling capabilities, including new, used, and rental equipment, expert service and maintenance support, extensive parts availability, and a state-of-the-art paint booth. The result is a comprehensive customer experience that supports businesses throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment investment.

A highlight of the day was the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, which celebrated the opening of a facility designed to provide customers with a hands-on environment to experience the latest material handling solutions and technologies.

"We were thrilled to join Wajax in celebrating the opening of this impressive facility and to connect directly with customers throughout the event," said Steve Karas, director and president of Sales, Hyster. "The Material Handling Experience Centre creates a unique opportunity for businesses to explore innovative solutions firsthand and have meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of material handling."

The event also provided an opportunity for customers to meet with key manufacturing and technology partners, including Hyster, while exploring equipment designed to support a wide range of applications across warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, construction, and other industrial sectors.

"The conversations we had throughout the day reinforced the importance of building strong partnerships and creating opportunities for customers to experience equipment in action," said Brian Kolthof, Vice President, Material Handling, Wajax. "This facility is more than a showroom. It's a collaborative space where customers can test solutions, share insights, and work alongside our team and manufacturing partners to identify the right equipment and support for their operations."

The event fostered valuable discussions around emerging technologies, fleet optimization, operator safety, and the evolving needs of Canadian industries. Wajax extends its sincere appreciation to all customers, guests, and partners who attended and contributed to the success of the event.
