Yanmar expands North American CTL lineup with six new mid- and large-frame models

Yanmar Compact Equipment North America has expanded its line of ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle CTLs with six new mid- and large-frame models released to the U.S. and Canada. 

The TL65RP, TL75VP, TL80VP, TL100VP, TL80VP Forestry, and TL100VP Forestry join the TL25RP, TL40RP, and TL50RP introduced in July, giving Yanmar a significantly expanded CTL offering spanning compact construction and landscaping applications through high-production land clearing and forestry.

Yanmar delivers a broader range of CTLs with its patented Posi-Track system 

Built at Yanmar's Grand Rapids, Minnesota, manufacturing facility, the new CTLs combine Yanmar diesel power with the patented ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriage technology that provides maximum traction when lifting and moving. 

The lineup includes radial- and vertical-lift configurations, rated operating capacities from 2,000 to 4,100 pounds, auxiliary hydraulic flow up to 41 gpm, and two purpose-built forestry models designed for demanding land-management applications.

Standard features include operator-focused technology and telematics 

All six models come standard with a multifunction 7-inch colour display, rearview camera, and electronic joystick controls with selectable ISO or H-pattern settings, adjustable operator profiles and speed settings. SmartAssist Remote telematics is also standard, with complimentary service for the first five years. The system gives owners access to machine location, utilization, maintenance, and other important operating information to help manage equipment and support uptime.

The TL65RP features a powerful engine in a compact footprint 

The radial-lift TL65RP pairs 67.1 horsepower with a 2,000-pound rated operating capacity and available 26.7-gpm high-flow hydraulics. Its compact footprint, manoeuvrability, and high ground clearance make it well suited for digging, grading, and loading in landscaping, property maintenance, rental, and construction applications.

The TL75RP, a small package with big operating capacity 

As Yanmar's smallest vertical-lift CTL, the TL75VP provides a versatile combination of lifting capability, reach, and manoeuvrability. With 71.5 horsepower and a 2,300-pound rated operating capacity, the machine is equipped for truck loading, pallet handling, material movement, and a broad range of construction and landscaping work.

The TL80VP delivers increased power and performance with maximum traction 

The vertical-lift TL80VP offers increased performance with 71.5 horsepower, a 2,800-pound rated operating capacity, and available 34.3-gpm high-flow auxiliary hydraulics. Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system, with torsion axles and bogie wheels, delivers traction, flotation, and stability across changing ground conditions. Standard 17.7-inch-wide tracks provide a broad footprint.

The TL100VP offers a smooth, stable ride in any terrain 

The TL100VP combines 103.5 horsepower, a 3,500-pound rated operating capacity, and available 41-gpm high-flow auxiliary hydraulics for high-production construction, landscaping, agriculture, and material-handling work. Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system with torsion axles and bogie wheels helps maintain ground contact while providing stability and a smoother ride across challenging terrain.

The TL80VP Forestry offers operator protection in tough forestry applications 

The TL80VP Forestry combines 71.5 horsepower, a 2,800-pound rated operating capacity, and standard 34.3-gpm high-flow hydraulics with purpose-built machine guarding and a dedicated Forestry cab. The cab features a three-quarter-inch polycarbonate door, one-half-inch polycarbonate side windows, and Forestry ROPS and FOPS certification, providing added operator protection for land management, vegetation clearing, and site preparation.

Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system with torsion axles and bogie wheels provides traction, stability, and a smoother ride across demanding terrain.

The TL100VP Forestry is designed for high-capacity work 

TL100VP Forestry: The largest of the six new models combines 103.5 horsepower, a 4,100-pound rated operating capacity, and standard 41-gpm high-flow hydraulics. A hydraulically driven reversing fan, purpose-built machine guarding, and a dedicated Forestry cab equip the TL100VP Forestry for high-productivity mulching, land clearing, and right-of-way work.

Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system, with torsion axles, bogie wheels, and standard 20-inch-wide tracks, provides a broad, stable footprint across demanding terrain.

Built on ASV Posi-Track technology 

All six models feature the patented ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriage, designed to deliver exceptional traction, flotation, stability, and ride quality across varied terrain.

The undercarriage design allows it to conform to the terrain and maintain ground contact across soft, uneven, and challenging surfaces. The TL80VP, TL100VP, and both Forestry models feature an advanced dual-level suspension that combines independent torsion axles with suspended bogie wheels.

The new ASV Posi-Track models expand Yanmar's CTL portfolio alongside its steel-embedded undercarriage models. Together, the lineup gives customers a wider selection of machine sizes, lift configurations, operating capacities, hydraulic capabilities, and undercarriage options.
