Exodus Global has appointed Mark Baltes as the company's new vice president of sales and marketing, bringing more than two decades of industry expertise and proven leadership to the organization.

Mark joins Exodus Global following a long career, leading sales and marketing teams across the heavy equipment and attachment industries. His experience spans product development, dealer channel expansion, and guiding teams through major integrations across several industry acquisitions.

In his new role, Mark will oversee strategic growth initiatives across all Exodus Global brands, including ShearCore (Fortress), BladeCore, Connect Work Tools, OilQuick Americas, and RockZone Americas, while leading the teams responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening dealer relationships, and enhancing contractor experience.

Mark's history in the industry 

After graduating college in 2001, Mark began his career with Bobcat Company as an attachment product representative. He quickly advanced to account manager, gaining valuable frontline experience working directly with contractors and equipment dealers.

In 2005, Mark joined Paladin Attachments, where he focused on attachment solutions and strengthening dealer networks. His success in building high-performing teams and expanding market presence led to increasing leadership responsibilities, including recruiting and managing a growing sales team.

Mark was promoted to director of dealer sales in 2015. In this role, he played a key part in several major organizational transitions. When Stanley acquired Paladin in 2019, Mark helped lead the integration of Paladin Attachments into Stanley Infrastructure. Following the 2024 acquisition of Stanley Infrastructure by Epiroc, Mark again served on the integration team, providing steady leadership through another transformative shift.
