New paver and electric roller, events, and giveaways highlight BOMAG at World of Asphalt/AGG1

BOMAG will share new products and services during World of Asphalt/AGG1, where visitors to its 2,500-square-foot exhibit will see updates to CR series pavers, including a new front mount screed design, and the North American launch of two zero-emissions machines.

In addition, BOMAG will host the BOMAG LIVE! customer event and giveaways including trips to the company's Innovation Days in Germany.

At the exhibit, BOMAG will display paving, milling, and compaction equipment and technology with the centrepiece being the BOMAG CR 1030 T rubber track paver. The highway class paver holds many legacy Cedarapids features but also includes innovations such as the independent auger/conveyor system with outboard drive augers and a new operator interface.

The CR 1030 T will be sharing the spotlight with a new front mount screed, the VERSA 20, which provides infinitely variable paving widths from 10 to 19 feet, and a maximum paving width of 23 feet.

BOMAG will highlight its e-PERFORMANCE electric machine line as well. The BW 120 AD e-5 electric tandem roller offers sustainable, low-noise, and zero-emissions operation to the 2.5-ton class roller market. It has a 47.2-inch compaction width and is equipped with two electric motors. It is powered by a 48V system with 25 kWh lithium-ion batteries.

The battery-electric BP 18/45 e plate compactor is as powerful as its gas counterpart. It has a 17.7-inch compaction width, push-button start, low noise, and zero emissions operation.

BOMAG LIVE! will take place on Monday, March 25, at the Walk of Fame Park in Nashville, TN. The event includes a concert and a giveaway featuring four trips to BOMAG Innovation Days in Boppard, Germany.
