Semi-automatic stockpile program makes ProStack radial conveyor more efficient

A conveyor takes in crushed rock and places it on a stockpile in a quarry.
The Ranger 6-24TR tracked conveyor has a throughput of 600 tons per hour. ProStack

The Ranger 6-24TR tracked radial conveyor from ProStack is designed for stockpiling across multiple applications, including quarrying and mining uses. It features a semi-automated stockpile program that allows operators to stockpile materials in set patterns for their specific needs.

The stockpile program is standard, with an optional fully automated program also available. The 6-24TR also features hydraulic discharge height adjustment, allowing for further flexibility when operating in different applications.

Transporting the stacker is easier thanks to a hydraulic fold over feature that allows the conveyor to be easily folded for transportation. This reduces downtime and ensures quick movement to new job sites. Thanks to the unit's compact design, when folded it can be transported in a shipping container.

The Ranger 6-24TR has a working length of 72 feet and weighs approximately 20 US tons. It has a maximum throughput rate of 600 tons per hour. A maximum discharge height of 35 feet, 3 inches is reached at 23 degrees inclination.
