CON-E-CO, an Oshkosh Corporation company, is introducing its CON-E-CO® Mobile Twin Shaft (MTS) mixer on March 4, 2014 at the CONEXPO – CON/AGG trade show in Las Vegas, Nev.

“The MTS, CON-E-CO’s mobile twin shaft mixer configuration, is engineered to deliver the same quality and consistency that are hallmarks of our brand,” said Neil Smith, CON-E-CO general manager. “The MTS is easy to install, delivers excellent productivity, and can be retrofitted on a wide range of plants.”

The low mixer charging elevation and generous 12-ft 8-in minimum discharge height accommodate most locations and fleets without having to lower the grade elevation. The unique 42-inch wide conveyor belt design allows for fast truck charging and minimal spillage and excellent access for easy clean up and operation.

The plant’s electrical panel (manufactured in-house by CON-E-CO) is UL listed and eliminates the need for costly field certification requirements. The mixer work platforms provide easy maintenance access from grade. The wash system provides high pressure cleaning for the mixer, conveyor, and transporter.

“Because of its unique design, the CON-E-CO MTS mixer can turn a transit mix plant into a central mix plant and that’s a major benefit to producers,” added Smith.
