Smaller footprint, portable batch plants reduce installation and operating costs

Horizontal reversing mixer

The CON-E-CO Horizontal Reversing Mixer (HRM) delivers low maintenance costs, quiet operation, and aggressive mixing action. The reversing operation utilizes state-of-the-art components to further minimize maintenance costs. Among its notable features are: a sealed mixing drum with variable speed drive to optimize mixing discharge rate and minimize dust; climate controlled service panel for longer life and a dust-free environment; unique dual-element paddles supported from the drum paddles, which eliminates the need for a centre support and reduces concrete build-up; drive motors wired to individual disconnects for easier maintenance and a reduced need for expensive field wiring; precise factory drive alignment with built-in precision field re-alignment feature; and mixing and discharge paddles with open slots between paddles and drum for less daily clean up.

Plants have reduced site prep and lower erection costs

Unique structural design of the CON-E-CO LO-PRO means low overall height with maximum clearance at the discharge and 180 degree unobstructed truck access. The ultra-strong, unitized frame provides built-in strength and expansion capability for dust control systems, cement silos to 1,000 barrels, and aggregate storage modules to over 300 cubic yards. These unique features reduce site preparation and lower erection costs. Production capacities of 50 to 300 yards per hour (35 to 225 cubic meters).

Stationary transit mix plants can be relocated

While designed for more permanent installations, Stationary Transit Mix plants can be disassembled and relocated if needed. Materials are discharged into mixer trucks. Typical production capacity is 50 to over 300 cubic yards per hour (35 to over 225 cubic metres per hour).
