HCSS has integrated with Clue Inisghts in multiple different applications. The Clue platform works by connecting all assets like yellow irons, on-road, rental equipment, and crews into a single system. Clue has integrated with HCSS' HeavyJob, Telematics, and Equipment360 applications, providing an integrated platform for all systems where users get a single view of their entire operation.

"We're always looking for companies to work with that elevate our solutions, and, in this instance, we were able to partner with a good company that brings something to customers that they've never had before," says Rateb Almasri, product manager at HCSS. "With the Clue and HCSS integration, disparate systems now have a single platform where every system talks to the other. Clue then runs the machine data through its proprietary AI engine to generate real-time insights that improve productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs."

"Clue helps construction companies manage all assets to improve fleet utilization, minimize downtime, and protect project margins," says Oded Ran, co-founder and CEO of Clue. "We bring additional functionality to several HCSS products, pulling out asset information so that users get updates on fleet productivity, utilization, maintenance, work orders, inspections, and performance analysis, no matter the type and brand of equipment."

Features of Clue's integration with HCSS

HCSS Telematics: Typically, construction companies have multiple telematics, GPS, or other equipment software. With Clue, all the machine's data is combined into one place so that users only need to log into one system, instead of multiple systems, to collect and monitor the equipment data.

HCSS Equipment360: Clue pulls out all engine-related data, fault codes, meter readings, and more and then sends this information to the Equipment360 application. This data helps to automate preventive maintenance (PM) with Clue as users capture when the PM was performed, by whom, and what was done. Clue provides customizable options, such as daily inspection checklists and alerts on underutilized assets, fuel usage, scheduled maintenance, critical faults, safety, etc.

HCSS HeavyJob: Clue integrates information from timecards and charge rates, helping project managers plan for future spending. Clue can also reconcile the manually entered hours on HeavyJob with automatically pulled actual machine data. It helps contractors to pay the correct amount for work performed and avoid unnecessary spending on rentals and equipment purchases. Users can track job site productivity in real-time and monitor utilization, production KPIs, and total cost of ownership.
