The ARA Show returns to Orlando, Florida, in 2023 with more than 650 exhibitors
The American Rental Association's (ARA) trade show, The ARA Show 2023, will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from February 12 to 15, 2023.
The event provides an opportunity for those in the rental industry to meet with their peers for targeted education, networking, and a three-day trade show featuring more than 650 exhibitors.
Registration for The ARA Show 2023 opened October 18 for both current ARA members and prospective members, with incentive pricing running through October 31 and advanced pricing through February 9.
"We're very happy to be back on our normal schedule and look forward to bringing the rental community together at the show in February," says Tony Conant, CEO at the American Rental Association. "The events team has assembled a rich mix of events ranging from new education programs and professional networking events to our popular Tuesday night social gathering. Attendees are in for an engaging, insightful and fun week in Orlando."
The ARA Show kicks off with exclusive education sessions on Sunday, February 12. Sunday's education sessions are a chance for attendees to learn about industry best practices, technologies and the most recent equipment innovations. Four tracks of education allow attendees to choose an area of focus: Learn and Lead, Connect and Collaborate, Empower and Engage, and Plan and Strategize.
The keynote address is set for Monday, February 13, featuring Daymond John of ABC's "Shark Tank." John is a NY Times best-selling author, the founder and CEO of a global fashion brand, and a successful businessperson. He will share his five "S.H.A.R.K. points" built on 25 years of business experience, plus inspiring stories and anecdotes from his career.
The trade show floor will open immediately following John's keynote address for two and half days of product unveilings, innovations and trends, and show-only specials that allow attendees to fit more equipment into their budgets with exclusive deals.

"More than 650 exhibitors will be in attendance ready to help rental businesses prepare for a successful year ahead."
New this year are targeted education sessions to be held on Saturday, February 11. EventsU, formerly known as Events and Tents, is a series of education sessions specifically for event rental companies, and Future of Equipment Rental is targeted to construction rental equipment companies. Both events will feature a full-day lineup of education sessions and speakers who will address the specific challenges and needs of each audience. Both EventsU and Future of Equipment Rental are separate from The ARA Show and require an additional registration fee.
