VMAC recognized by Finning as 2017 Innovative Solutions Supplier of the Year

Following VMAC's re-branding announcement to 'Air Innovated,' the company has been recognized by Finning International Inc with the prestigious 2017 Innovative Solutions Supplier of the Year award.

"It's extremely validating to be awarded Finning's Innovative Solutions Supplier of the Year award just weeks following VMAC's rebranding and promise to be the leader in mobile compressed air innovation."

This Innovative Solutions Supplier of the Year award is presented annually at Finning's Supplier Recognition Event. VMAC has been a Finning supplier for the past 20 years, supplying UNDERHOOD air compressors used on Finning's fleet of service trucks. Most recently, VMAC began supplying Finning with VMAC Multifunction Power Systems, the lightest weight, most compact and customizable multi-power system available.  

The VMAC Multifunction Oilman Series Power System, used by Finning, combines an air compressor, generator, welder, battery booster/charger, PTO and a positive air shutoff system, powered by a diesel engine. As the world's largest CAT service company, Finning requested VMAC to customize its Multifunction Power System with CAT engine power. VMAC was able to respond quickly, with field testing trials beginnning just six weeks after the initial concept was requested. VMAC began supplying these CAT-powered VMAC Multifunction Power Systems exclusively to Finning in March 2018 and will begin commercial production in Fall 2018.
