Liebherr mobile twin shaft mixer batch plant

The low profile of the compact Mobile Twin Shaft Mixer system allows setup under a typical dry-batch plant. Transport height is 13 feet 4 inches (4.06 m). Its hydraulic unfolding system makes installation quick and the conveyor can be unfolded into three different positions that are specific for truck mixer loading, dump truck loading or for maintenance.

The 48-inch belt guarantees maximum output. Discharge of concrete is possible with slump 0-6 inches (0-150 mm). The discharge gate is adjustable.

Mixer sizes are 3, 3.25, 4 and 6 cubic yards (2.25, 2.5, 3 and 4.5 cubic metres). Output capacities are from 130 to 235 cubic yards per hour (100 to 180 cubic metres per hour). The corresponding mixer drive systems are 100 hp (75 kW) for the smallest and 2x100 hp (2x75 kW) for the largest version. Total weight ranges from 31.1 to 34.6 mt.
