Trail King Industries, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Dakota Trailer Manufacturing, Inc.

Trail King Industries, Inc. recently announced that it has acquired Dakota Trailer Manufacturing Inc., a nationally recognized manufacturer of Aluminum Grain Trailers for the agricultural market.

Trail King, as a leader in the manufacturing of agricultural, commercial, construction, material hauling, and specialized hauling equipment made this acquisition as part of the company’s long-term strategic growth plan. The acquisition sets the stage to expand and complement Trail King’s agricultural product line which will now include Aluminum Grain Trailers, ranging in sizes from 21 to 51 feet. By adding this product line Trail King not only strengthens its existing agricultural offerings, but also reinforces its commitment to fully serve its dealer and customer base.
