MCP Series hydraulic pulverizers

MCP Series hydraulic pulverizers
The MCP Series of hydraulic pulverizers are designed rugged and lightweight, and are ideal for secondary demolition and for the recycling of concrete. These units can be used to demolish concrete fl oors or low-wall, and provide the benefits of low noise and vibration, good fragmentation and good separation of steel wire from concrete material.

A unique speed valve on the MCP series provides a very fast cycle time, and replaceable blades can be rotated and will cut reinforcing steel and cable. Replaceable teeth eliminate the need to build up and hardface and are fast and easy to change in the field, resulting in 10 to 15 percent more production time. High-quality material is used on the entire structure, and the top mounting bracket is fabricated from a special steel to provide maximum strength and abrasion resistance.

These units also feature a ripper shape design which allows operators to easily grab material on the ground or in a pile. Also, an open fixed jaw allows material to pass through and increase production, and fixed mounting allows for handling of loads that are not cen-tred. MCP800, MCP910 and MCP1000 models are available in this series for carriers from 39,700 pounds to 99,200 pounds. Units feature jaw depths from 27 inches to 35.4 inches (685 mm to 900 mm), and production capacities are from 80 tons to 200 tons per hour in non-reinforced concrete, and up to 35 tons per hour in reinforced concrete post (up to four-foot diameter.)
