Easily transition from primary demolition to secondary sizing with ShearCore's new modular concrete processor
Swap teeth instead of jaw sets on the fixed-jaw FC-75 Fortress Cracker

ShearCore has introduced a new concrete demolition processor engineered to deliver versatility, performance, and durability in reinforced concrete applications. The FC-75 fills a critical gap in the Fortress FC series, expanding its offerings across demolition attachment technology.
Inside the modular tooth system
At the core of the FC-75 is Fortress's modular tooth system, a clean-sheet design that replaces traditional multi-jaw configurations with a single, adaptable processor. By allowing operators to configure interchangeable tooth sets on a fixed jaw structure, the FC-75 eliminates the need for multiple attachments or complex jaw swaps.
The modular tooth system enables seamless transitions between primary demolition, secondary pulverizing, and material processing, reducing downtime, cost, and operational complexity.
"Contractors have long faced inefficiencies caused by equipment changeovers and redundant tooling," said Mark Baltes, vice president of Sales and Marketing. "The FC-75 was designed to solve that problem; delivering a single, flexible solution that aligns with real-world demolition demands."
In addition to its modular design, the FC-75 features advanced engineering innovations that elevate performance throughout the demolition process.
Additional features on the FC-75 Fortress Cracker
In addition to its modular design, the FC-75 features advanced engineering innovations that elevate performance across the phases of demolution, including:
- Tight tolerances that enable effective tip-based rebar cutting, even with pulverizer teeth
- Long cutting knives process large reinforcements, including beams
- Apexed jaw design improves material capture at the throat
- Bypassing teeth to simplify sorting and reduce rehandling
The processor also incorporates an active pivot greasing system, reducing wear on critical components while enhancing reliability in harsh working conditions.
Serviceability is a key focus of the FC-75 design. Oversized access panels, a simplified internal layout, and rebuildable components ensure faster maintenance and longer equipment life. The superstructure is machined from high-thickness plate and is engineered to minimize critical weld seams, providing durability and consistent force transfer.
Weighing approximately 14,500 lbs. and designed for carriers starting at 34 metric tons (2nd member) or 57 metric tons (3rd member).
The FC-75's modular tooth system is also available on the larger FC-95, extending the same benefits to high-capacity applications.
