Stabilization system is combination of three units

ALLU Group has developed the new stabilization system, which is a combination of three units, that helps earthmoving contractors to save money, time, and the environment. The ALLU stabilization system also gives an opportunity for small contractors to step into the mass stabilization business that was before accessible only for bigger contractors with self-developed stabilization machines.
ALLU PM Power Mix is a hydraulic accessory for excavators. It converts the excavator to a mobile and effective mixer unit. ALLU PF Pressure Feeder uses compressed air to inject the binding agent beneath the ground, directly to the middle of the mixing drums by using a feeding pipe. The unit is mounted on a tracked chassis and is remote controlled allowing the unit to follow behind the lead excavator to the site. The third part is the ALLU DAC Data Acquisition system, which measures, controls and reports the feeding operation. ALLU DAC enables control of the whole stabilization system, making the system user friendly and allows the facility to transfer data onto other computers.
The working method is referred to as Mass Stabilization. It can be a quick and cost effective solution compared to the traditional method of excavation and fill. For example, different kinds of clay, peat, sludge, and soft soil can be transformed into solid layers using the stabilization method. The ALLU Stabilization System can allow you to gain access even if the ground is a swamp where it is not even possible to walk. The stabilization method can also be used in treatment of contaminated lands, by encapsulating contaminants within the ground, and prevent leaching to the surrounding areas.
