ALLU Transformer D-Series is ideal for pipeline padding

The ALLU Transformer D-Series is ideal for pipeline padding, as it allows material to be screened onsite and then backfilled directly into a trench, eliminating the need for dedicated stationary screening or purchase of fine soil.

ALLU Transformer M-Series

The ALLU Transformer M-Series (Mining Series) material processor attaches to wheel loaders and excavators, and processes a wide variety of mined materials, including coal, oil shale, limestone, dolomite, gypsum, phosphate, salt and other soft rock.

ALLU Transformer DL attachment

The ALLU Transformer DL attachment is designed specifically for use with compact base machines, such as mini excavators, small wheel loaders, skid steers, and backhoes.

ALLU Transformer M-Series processes mined clay

A U.S.-based minerals company recently began using an ALLU Transformer M 3-20 material processing attachment in its Middleton, Tennessee, montmorillonite clay mine. The company purchased the mine-duty M-Series screener-crusher attachment from ALLU to use with its Hitachi 650 excavator in order to crush mined clay down to 4-in-minus and simultaneously load haul trucks. The ALLU Transformer is allowing the facility to mine land it could not previously mine, as well as process clay from boulders. The ultimate goal is to eliminate the primary crusher in the plant. The processed material is used for production of cat litter and absorbent clay for oils.

New ALLU App, Transformer Series range to be on display at Hillhead 2018

Finland-based ALLU, Inc. is set to show the company's latest technological and product innovations at the upcoming Hillhead UK 2018 event, held from the 26th to 28th of June in Buxton, Derbyshire, England. The company recently introduced a new Mobile App, and will showcase their range of Transformer Series mounted buckets, which screen, crush, pulverize, aerate, blend, mix, separate, feed and load materials, in applications including quarrying, mining, contruction, soil, C&D, waste and organics recycling.

Allu welcomes North American dealer to Finland factory

November 2016 saw leading North American foundation equipment distributor Equipment Corporation of America (ECA) appointed ALLU's dealer for its advanced soil stabilization equipment range. Following on from what has already proved to be a highly successful relationship, April of this year saw ECA visit ALLU's factory in Finland in order to see how the world leading range is manufactured at first hand.

​ALLU introduces TS Drum Assembly

ALLU has introduced the new, patented ALLU TS® drum assembly construction, which allows customers in construction and recycling applications to achieve flexibility in performing multiple jobs with one unit, just by repositioning standard screening blades. Manufactured for the ALLU D-Series material processor attachment for excavators, loaders and other carriers - Allu screener crusher bucket frames - the core of the ALLU TS technology is the configuration of the screening blades that spin between the screening combs. The end product size is defined by the space between the combs, and different fragment sizes can be achieved simply by repositioning the combs. Because the screening combs carry most of the material weight, the drums and bearings experience less impact and load. The design of the assembly ensures the machine works well in wet and dry materials without clogging.

ALLU to showcase Transformer Series at CONEXPO / CONAGG

The ALLU Transformer Series comprises of an excavator/ loader/ tractor mounted bucket which screens, crushes, pulverizes, aerates, blends, mixes, separates, feeds and loads materials. This results in the feed material being effectively transformed into highly valuable products, making your business more efficient, and more profitable. ALLU introduces large material processing bucket designed for front-shovel mining excavators

Continuing development from its large ALLU M-Series material processing buckets for mining and process industries, released in 2014, ALLU Group recently launched the even larger ALLU G-Series bucket for very big carriers in material processing and mining. The goal with the new G-Series is to streamline customer processes and provide an opportunity for cost savings and environmental benefits – both hot topics in the mining industry. The first model released in the G-Series, is the 35-ton (32 metric ton), heavy ALLU G 4-32 F, with a payload of over 55 tons (50 metric tons), which is designed to be mounted on 300-ton front-shovel mining excavators.

ALLU Group will have its experts on hand in the Gold Lot in booth G3749 at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 trade show, March 7-11, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Visitors will learn that ALLU’s unique Screener Crusher buckets not only transform waste into valuable material, but ultimately they will transform the way contractors and producers work. During the show, every 30 minutes, the world’s foremost female excavator operator will demonstrate her skill and dexterity with the ALLU D-Series Screener Crusher buckets. Demonstrations also will show off the versatility of the DL Screener buckets for compact equipment. Contractors and users will have the opportunity to talk with ALLU’s experts and understand how these versatile attachments can impact their worksite performance.

​ALLU Marks Growth in Product Development, International Presence for 2016

According to the Chinese horoscope, 2016 was the year of a monkey. For Finland-based ALLU (with North American operations out of New Jersey) it has been "the year of the customer". As China has increasingly promoted a more responsible and sustainable environmental policy, 2016 meant significant growth for ALLU in the Chinese market, of over 200 percent. Allu says the company's focus has been on environmental care, and by listening to its customers, the company has been able to offer the right kind of solutions. In recycling processes and for the demanding challenges that the Chinese market currently faces, for example, the importance of EHS (environment, safety and health) and its related standards are being met, as ALLU values and practices provide a strong base to respond to customer expectations.
