LeeBoy’s multi-purpose 1200S Asphalt Maintainer
The LeeBoy 1200S Asphalt Maintainer is a multi-purpose road maintenance unit for repair of utility cuts, potholes, roadway shoulder building, paving, road profiling and road widening.
It features a 74-hp Hatz Silent Pack diesel engine, weighs 10,400 pounds and is towable up to 45 mph. The self-contained road repair and patching unit features a 24-inch rotary grinder, a 38- to 62-inch heated and telescoping paving screed, a 28- to 40-inch shoulder buildup attachment, and a heated tack tank with spray wand. The 24-inch wide hydraulically driven rotary grinder pivots up to 15 degrees from horizontal, making it ideal for refurbishing shallow curbs. The screed and 2.5-ton tilting receiving hopper with hydraulic folding wings provide even flow and distribution of asphalt. The 100-gallon tack tank with hand-held spray wand and self-winding hose reel makes site preparation quick and easy. Finally, the shoulder build-up attachment conveys and spreads dirt, sand, gravel or any asphalt material for either widening or building up shoulders from 28 to 40 inches.
The 1200S can be transported on a trailer or it can be towed.
