Nortrax announces Wirtgen Group general manager and dedicated sales team

Nortrax announces that Richard Perzan will be joining the Nortrax leadership team in a newly created position as General Manager Roadbuilding and Minerals. Reporting to Perzan will be the addition of two newly hired Wirtgen Group Territory Managers, Ryan Link and Dave Notari. Perzan will lead his team as well as help facilitate the sales department with complete responsibility for all activities related to Wirtgen, Hamm, Kleemann and Vogele product groups.

Iyer Named President of LiuGong Construction Machinery NA

LiuGong North America (LGNA) has announced Mani Iyer as its new president, effective February 1, 2019.  Kevin Thieneman, LGNA Chairman, said "Mani Iyer's track record in the equipment industry and his commitment to personal and professional growth is impressive. His ability to deliver business growth, his passionate and decisive management, and his belief in corporate and employee responsibility will be a perfect fit at LiuGong. Manitou North America builds senior leadership team

Manitou North America rounds out its senior leadership team, adding three key team members positioned to drive the customer experience for its Manitou, Gehl and Mustang by Manitou brands. Myron Birschbach was announced as the new vice president of service and aftermarket; Scott McGuigan, eastern region vice president for Manitou North America sales; and Jill Pintor, business coordinator for Manitou North America.

Superior names new Canadian sales team member

Superior Industries Inc., a U.S. based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, recently added Phil Garinger to its sales team in Canada. Garinger, who comes to Superior from ELRUS Aggregate Systems, is the manufacturer's new equipment territory sales manager in Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Additionally, he will support the manufacturer's conveying and washing dealers in Alberta and British Columbia.

Steve Ferguson named Perkins President; Ramin Younessi appointed Caterpillar President of Energy & Transportation

Steve Ferguson has been named President of Perkins Engines Company Limited based in  Peterborough, U.K., and with manufacturing facilities in the U.S, South America, India, China and distributor and dealer around the globe. Steve's appointment was announced by Ramin Younessi, who had been Perkins President since 2013+ and is now promoted to Group President of Caterpillar's Energy
& Transportation's segment.

Hyundai appoints new vice presidents for North American business

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has appointed two new executives in their sales and distribution/marketing departments. Tom Owen has been appointed vice president of National Construction Equipment Sales, and will be responsible for leading the team that reaches and supports equipment customers whose jobsites and business scope extends across North America. Stan Park has been named vice president of Distribution/Marketing, and will handle the teams in charge of building and supporting Hyundai's growing dealer network and overall marketing efforts.

Terex Cranes North America announces new sales director

Terex Cranes announces Bill Cox as the new sales director for Terex Cranes North America. In his role, he will work with Terex Cranes' senior management to set and drive equipment sales strategy throughout the United States and Canada, lead the Terex Cranes internal and field sales teams, and interact with Terex Cranes distributors and customers. He replaces Mark Phillippi, who will retire at the end of the year. 

Martin Weissburg appointed President of Mack Trucks

Martin Weissburg, currently President of Volvo Construction Equipment, will become President of Mack Trucks effective June 1, 2018, in which capacity he will continue to be a member of the Executive Board for the Volvo Group. Martin Weissburg was born in 1962, and has served as President of Volvo Construction Equipment since 2014. He joined the Volvo Group in 2005 as President of Volvo Financial Services Americas, and in 2010 became global President of Volvo Financial Services. He will be headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA.

Richard M. Deister Promoted to Executive Vice President of Deister Machine Company
