Haver & Boecker recently named Jean-François Marchand as its certified sales representative for Quebec, Canada. Marchand brings 20 years of sales experience to the position with 10 years in heavy machinery.

Haver & Boecker offers a conversion kit for older model H-Class vibrating screens. H-Class models V-50 and older can be updated to the current V-85 H-Class model to reduce operating noise to levels below 100 dBA, gain better control over the running frequency and decrease maintenance costs by as much as 50 percent. 

Haver & Boecker has launched the Tyler F-Class portable plant that includes several new technologies to improve setup time and extend equipment longevity in quarry and mining operations. The portable plant features a new custom-built chassis equipped with six hydraulic run-on jacks that quickly level the plant, eliminating the need for cribbing. The run-on jacks also ensure the chassis stays level during operation, which minimizes equipment wear. 

Haver & Boecker offers Ty-Max and Ty-Wire screen media, now with longer wear life proven through extensive field testing.

Haver & Boecke has hired Sydney Page as a technical applications specialist. Page helps processing customers increase efficiencies, productivity and ROI by working closely with Haver & Boecker engineers to create custom solutions. 

Haver & Boecker offers the Tyler L-Class vibrating screen for classifying wet or dry material as well as an ideal dewatering method. The compact machine is versatile and easy to maintain, with no timing belts or gears that normally need replacing.

Haver & Boecker showcased blended screen media options for each vibrating screen deck at AGG1 2018 in Houston. The blended screen media approach offers improved efficiency by extending screen media life and minimizing issues such as blinding and pegging. Haver & Boecker technicians work with producers, evaluating their applications, challenges and goals to customize screen media selection in a way that optimizes screening. The manufacturer's variety of screen media options helps ensure producers receive an option best-suited for their material type and size.

Haver & Boecker has introduced new configurations of its Ty-Rail quick-tensioning system for screen media. As a result of Ty-Rail's success, Haver & Boecker developed and now offers three angle-box designs for different vibrating screen setups. This allows producers to benefit from Ty-Rail's time savings during screen media change-outs, even on difficult-to-access areas of a vibrating screen.

Haver & Boecker's Tyler F-Class portable plant offers increased mobility to maximize flexibility and ROI for aggregate and mining operations. Each portable plant features the F-Class vibrating screen mounted to a custom-built chassis. The portable plant includes a hydraulic system that raises the vibrating screen to its inclined operating position. These two features allow producers to move and set up the portable F-Class in less than 30 minutes in nearly any location.
