Enerpac has introduced a new XC-Series Cordless Torque Wrench Pump that is ideal for maintenance applications in the PowerGen, Oil & Gas and MRO markets. This portable pump is ideal for remote locations, sites that do not have access to power or where having electric cords could cause trip hazards.
Enerpac has supplied a Korean-based engineering company, KLES, with strand jacks for an innovative tower scaffolding system called SKYFFOLDING (Platform-supported Boiler-in-Furnace Scaffolding and Lifting System). The Enerpac HSL1507 strand jacks support and lift the pendant-type, scaffolding system, as it grows, providing a safer working environment than traditional scaffolding during power plant boiler furnace maintenance.
Enerpac has launched a new, durable air-driven hydraulic power unit technology built for high-cycle industrial applications. The DuroTech-Series is well-suited for use in production applications offering a durable dual ram pump with a steel reservoir and protective steel shroud.
Enerpac introduces the SL300 Hydraulic Gantry, the company's latest innovation in the SL series of telescoping hydraulic gantries. Equipped with two stage lifting cylinders, the SL300 lifts up to 22 feet at the top of the second stage and can handle up to 337 tons in the first stage.
Enerpac will exhibit its latest developments in Heavy Lifting Technology in Las Vegas at ConExpo 2017 from March 7-11, 2017. The outdoor display located in the Gold Lot, booth G1127, will showcase a wide range of tools and industry leading heavy lifting equipment for the construction market.
Enerpac high-capacity SBL900 hydraulic gantry provides superior performance for lifting and rigging applications
Building on the success of the SBL1100, Enerpac introduces the SBL900 hydraulic gantry, the company’s newest folding boom hydraulic gantry. Equipped with two stage lifting cylinders, the SBL900 lifts up to 37 feet and can handle up to 667 tons at the top of the second stage.
Enerpac introduces a new addition to its EVO-Series Synchronous Lifting Systems, the EVO Mini (EVOM), which combines high-pressure hydraulics with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system to monitor and control precise movement and positioning of heavy loads in a compact, simple-to-use package. Through an integrated Human Machine Interface, all movements are managed from a central control position that displays live operation with real-time status updates for each lifting position.
Enerpac’s LL-Series Level Lift System for safe and even lifting and lowering of unbalanced loads features a robust yet simple design and can control up to four lift points at once without complicated electronics or sensors at each lift point.
Enerpac has completed testing of the world’s largest offshore gantry crane at its Hengelo manufacturing facility in the Netherlands. The crane will be used in the construction of a 5,400 meter bridge for an offshore highway on Reunion Island by French consortium Bouygues Travaux Publics, VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Dodin Campenon Bernard and Demathieu Bard Construction. The coastal highway, Route du Littoral, will connect Saint Denis with La Possession. It replaces the existing coastal road, which is exposed to falling rocks and flooding from swells and tropical storms.
