Loader quick coupler

Special features on Yanmar’s CBL40 compact backhoe loader include a loader quick-coupler, mechanical parallel linkage for automatic bucket levelling, a short nose and a 180-degree swivel seat which provides easy access to both loader and backhoe controls. A heavy-duty, single-frame chassis offers a durable structure to support heavy loading and backhoe assignments. Loader bucket breakout force is 4,850 pounds. The transmission offers low fuel consumption and high performance, and the diesel engine produces 37.2 hp. This 7,750-pound machine has a forward speed of 13.7 mph and travels at 7.8 mph in reverse. Variable displacement, axial piston, hydraulic pumps allow for smooth, if not seamless, work operation. Most Category One three-point hitch attachments can be utilized once the backhoe is removed on versions equipped with lift and PTO.

Yanmar CBL40 includes loader quick coupler

Yanmar’s CBL40 compact backhoe loader has a heavy-duty, single-frame chassis – like those used on much larger units – which offers a durable structure to support heavy loading and backhoe assignments. Loader bucket breakout force is 4,850 pounds. Driver comfort is assured with a large work station area, and the 180-degree swivel seat provides easy access to both loader and backhoe controls. The transmission offers low fuel consumption and high performance, and the Yanmar 3TNV84T diesel engine produces 37.2 hp. This 7,750-pound machine has a forward speed of 13.7 mph and travels at 7.8 mph in reverse. Special features include a loader quickcoupler, mechanical parallel linkage for automatic bucket levelling, and a short nose, along with an adjustable seat, for excellent bucket visibility. Variable displacement, axial piston, hydraulic pumps allow for smooth, if not seamless, work operation. Most Category One three-point hitch attachments can be utilized once the backhoe is removed on versions equipped with lift and PTO.

Mini excavator with angle blade option

Yanmar’s ViO55-5B mini excavator weighs 11,530 pounds with a canopy and 11,817 pounds with a cab. The use of high-tensile-strength steel keeps the machine light while providing safety and balance for the operator. In addition, the tracks are positioned to present a stable platform with a total width of six feet six inches. Short pitch, rubber-track tread blocks offer improved driver comfort in travel mode. A true zero-tail-swing design allows for 360-degree turning of the counterweight within the width of the crawler. Maximum bucket digging force is 9,015 pounds with a digging depth of 13 feet 8 inches. The ViO55-5B utilizes the first tailor-made hydraulic quick coupler in the industry as standard equipment, the company reports. This will make attachment changes a one-person job. A new angle blade option is also available on this machine. The angled blade assists when backfilling in trenching operations, and the blade extensions keep the machine further away from the delicate edge of the excavation, which can help reduce the risk of the trench side caving in. This angled blade with its standard ‘floatation’ characteristics make grading and levelling jobs easier and faster.

ViO55-5B mini excavators

The ViO55-5B mini excavator is designed as an environmentally-friendly machine with true zero tail swing. These machines allow for 360-degree turning of the counterweight within the width of the crawler, and feature tracks that are positioned to present a stable platform with six feet six inches of total width. High tensile strength steel keeps these machines light, while providing safety and balance for the operator. Maximum bucket digging force is 9,015 pounds with a digging depth of 13 feet 8 inches. Other key features of the ViO55-5B include: a tailor-made hydraulic quick coupler as standard equipment; a new angle blade option; ViO crawler technology which delivers an expanded track gauge for greater stability without increasing undercarriage width; and a Yanmar 39.5-hp TNV series C&S (Clean and Silent) diesel engine for compliance with noise and emission regulations.

Offset tracks give stability

The Yanmar’s SV100 excavator is a 20,730-pound, 73.5-hp blend of big performance and ultra-tight maneuverability. Front and rear turning radius is so small that the boom bracket stays entirely within the width of the tracks. The stability of a conventional style excavator is achieved with Yanmar’s distinctive offset tracks, that have a total width of seven feet seven inches, and are designed to create excellent grip and stability. Maximum bucket digging force is 12,216 pounds and the total digging depth is 15 feet 3 inches. The SV100 uses the first tailor-made hydraulic Quick Coupler in the industry as standard equipment. This makes attachment changes a one-person job. The ViO progressive 3-pump system increases power and speed along with improved fuel economy. It also allows simultaneous multi-function operation to increase job productivity.
