Concrete crusher attachment

LEMAC’s concrete crusher attachments will not only crush concrete but will also remove and cut rebar, creating two recyclable products without difficulty. Replaceable teeth and rebar cutters are standard and units attach in the same place as a mounted bucket, utilizing the excavator’s bucket cylinder. The offset pivot maximizes crushing force, which allows for over-sizing of the main pivot pin, and reduces any stress imposed on the stick. Plus, the entire jaw structure is manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel (130,000-psi minimum yield, 360-440 BHN) and the main pivot features heat-treated pin, bearings, seals and O-rings.

Concrete crusher also removes and cuts rebar

The Lemac Concrete Crusher is a rugged attachment that not only crushes concrete but also removes and cuts rebar. This double act creates two recyclable products without difficulty. As standard, Lemac includes replaceable teeth and rebar cutters allowing easy and affordable maintenance, and hydraulics are not a worry, as these units attach in the same place as the previously mounted bucket, utilizing the excavator's bucket cylinder. Demolition processor

The Lemac Demolition Processor combines a powerful twin cylinder design with a unique jaw configuration to deliver both quick demolition and efficient processing of reinforced concrete structures. The exclusive single piercing tooth on one jaw concentrates the crushing force of the processor into one intense point, enabling initial breakage of sections which would otherwise be impossible.

Stump shear in mechanical and hydraulic models

The Lemac Stump Shear is now available as mechanical and hydraulic. The mechanical model requires no additional hydraulics. Pinning on in place of the bucket, it utilizes the excavators bucket cylinder to power the single blade jaw through the tree stump. The hydraulic version has a greater opening and generates quicker extra powerful cycle times. The shear’s outer jaw has two ripper spikes which have oversized replaceable teeth. These prongs are used to pry the stump from the ground while the inner jaw, equipped with a replaceable blade, shears the stump. The Lemac Stump Shear is ideal as a downsizing tool for use with tub grinders or other wood processing machines.
