Workhorse Compression, a division of Toromont Energy Systems, is introducing a series of natural gas compression packages that provide cost effective solutions to today’s environmental concerns. One such design includes the use of the Copeland Scroll compressor, an electric powered technology geared towards low pressure, low flow applications. The Copeland Scroll produces no gas or oil emissions and its noise levels are nothing more than that of a commercial air conditioning unit. The package designs are tailored to the application: oil well casing gas, tank vapour recovery, coal bed methane (CBM) or any conventional application in an environmentally sensitive area.
