Concrete pump attachment

The Bobcat concrete pump attachment is ideal for contractors who routinely work in residential areas with confined yards. Bobcat representatives say the attachment avoids the need for contractors to hire a concrete pumper truck to deliver concrete to hard-to-reach areas. And by limiting the need for a pumper truck on the job site, contractors can protect underground utilities and prevent damage to driveways, sidewalks, and finished landscaping.
Either side of the concrete pump attaches to the Bobcat loader for better positioning. The hoses are then connected, and the concrete mix is fed into the hopper and pumped to the job site. The pumping hoses can be routed through small openings, under decks, through bushes, across rivers, around trees and buildings, and over moguls. There’s no need for mud buggies, loaders with buckets, wheelbarrows, shovels, or chutes.
Depending on hose length and diameter, and conditions such as slump, additives, and aggregate size and type, this powerful attachment can pump concrete as far as 250 feet horizontally or up to two stories vertically. With a high-flow loader, the pump can place concrete up to a maximum of 28 cubic yards per hour.
Using the Bobcat Remote Attachment Control, the operator can start the loader from the ground without having to re-enter and exit the cab. This eliminates the need for a second operator. Because fewer labour-ers are required to move material, they can be used to finish the concrete as it is poured, thus increasing job site productivity.
This efficient concrete application attachment may be used with Bobcat skid-steer loaders (S175 through S300), Bobcat compact track loaders (T180 through T300), and the A300 all-wheel steer loader.
