Timekeeping tool tracks worker attendance

Exaktime’s PocketClock tracks worker attendance on the Palm Pilot where each person clocks themselves in and out using a personalized PIN. Because it is on a standardPalm Pilot, it is portable and travels with the crew. When a worker clocks in, they are prompted for the job site they are at and the cost code they are performing. At the end of a pay period, all of the records download into Exaktime’s TimeSummit PC software. Accurate timecards and detailed reports summarized by employee, job site, and cost code can then be printed.

Payroll review and preparation is done in a fraction of the time it takes to do manually. The PocketClock also recognizes if a PIN belongs to a supervisor and provides extra tools such as the ability to clock in and out for an entire crew or set the default job site.
