Very mobile, high production containerized batch plant
Based upon ISO shipping container modules, the Mobilmix 3.33 plant was designed for fast site erection on steel mats without a concrete foundation and is equipped with “quick disconnects” for all electrical, water and air connections between each modular section.
The 275 cubic-yard (210 cubic-metre) aggregate storage bin is in-ground mounted and fed by an end loader – no aggregate feed conveyors or loading hoppers are necessary. With a 3.33 cubic-yard (4.35 cubic-metre) twin shaft mixer, the plant can produce up to 245 cubic-yards (188 cubic-metres) per hour and is ideal for the production of RCC (roller compacted concrete), CTB (cement treated base) and other low slump concrete mixes that are difficult to produce with a drum type mixer. With a swing in mixer truck charging chute, both open top and mixer trucks can be used on the same pour without any modifications.
