Large quick attach dozer blade
Leon’s has developed a larger blade for two and four wheel drive tractors in the 250 to 400 hp range. The blades are available in 12-to 20-foot widths and a full 47 inches high.
Leon’s patented Quick-on, Quick-off mounting is standard on the model 4000 dozer blades. The blade and push assembly can be mounted or dismounted in a matter of minutes. If removing or mounting the complete unit is wanted, it is easily accomplished at the convenient mounting points by simply pulling only two pins, disconnecting the hydraulics and back away.
The Leon 4000 model dozer blades provide from 34 to more than 40 inches of clearance that reduces or eliminates material back dragging. Depending on the tractor, there is high underframe clearance of 14 to 20 inches. Also, 27-degree full left or right angling control is standard – hydraulic vertical tilt control is available.
The blade contour has been designed for easier penetration and pushing, as well as ensuring clearing material roll-off. The result is a roll break action that translates into moving more loads ahead using less tractor horsepower.
