Joystick gives precision operation with minimal effort
Volvo’s BL70 backhoe loader has excavator pilot controls. The joystick gives precision operation with minimal effort for all backhoe functions, including the extend-able dipper (when fitted). A loader pilot control allows the operator to open or close the loader bucket, select forward or reverse and kick down the selected Powershift speeds. It puts all loader functions in one hand.
The BL70 can also be fitted with a new loader attachment bracket. The centre-mounted bucket cylinder gives a view right down to the bucket corners. The single cen-tre-mounted dump cylinder provides over 56kN of loader breakout force. A patented self-levelling system offers faster, smoother operation and better spoil retention. The BL70 is equipped with a 67 kW net turbocharged Volvo diesel engine.
