Drop-deck design eases loading, unloading
A drop-deck design on the ET 7000 Escalate Trailer by Bil-Jax, Inc. provides maximum safety and makes loading and unloading easier. The trailer is designed to handle payloads of up to 7,000 pounds, and has a bed size of 75 by 144 inches, making it useful for hauling such items as scissor lifts, skid steer loaders, trenchers, personnel lifts, and all kinds of powered walk-behind equipment.
The design of the trailers allows one person to load and unload equipment even while the trailer is still attached to the towing vehicle. Ramp grade is just six degrees, so equipment with a low ground clearance can be driven on and off the trailer.
The ET 7000 is equipped with hydraulic surge or electric brakes, and has a number of other features, including tie-downs, a heavy-duty powder coated finish, and a low centre of gravity.
