Sinoboom’s ultra-compact spider lift is available in diesel or electric configurations
The SPA27EJ features a 27-metre operation range and 360-degree continuous turntable rotation

Sinoboom's new compact and lightweight spider lift, the SPA27EJ, balances flexibility and stability. The dual-power lift is available in both diesel and electric variants to suit any usage scenario.
Features of the new dual-power spider lift
The operational range offers a 27-metre maximum working height, maximum horizontal reach of 14.2 metres, up-and-over clearance of 13 metres, 360-degree continuous turntable rotation, and +/-90-degree basket rotation.
Rather than a multi-articulating boom configuration, the SPA27EJ features a double telescopic boom design, which Sinoboom says minimizes swing during extension and retraction operations, improving stability.
With a stowed length of less than 5 metres on both diesel and electric models, the new spider lift enables access to and operation in confined spaces. As well, the lightweight, 4.5 tons for the electric SPA27EJ, and 3.9 tons for the diesel SPA27J, support easier transportation and improved manoeuvrability.
Operators can adjust height and width using the crawler track, including unilateral adjustments, which enable precise positioning on uneven terrain, and are supported by easy outrigger adjustments.
User-friendly features include an intuitive graphical user interface, real-time status and fault diagnosis, and one-click travelling and stowing functions. Maintenance requirements are streamlined through the high commonality of parts with Sinoboom's boom lift products, minimizing inventory needs.
Two power versions for versatile work requirements
The diesel-powered SPA27J features a 3-cylinder, 16.1 kW Kubota engine, optimized for durable outdoor work. It also features an AC motor, allowing operation via a standard household power supply.
The electric-powered SPA27EJ is equipped with a 15.3 kWh lithium battery and offers three charging modes of 220V 10A / 16A / 32A for varied charging scenarios and requirements. SPA27EJ features a productivity score of 20 Hird cycles, meeting the demands of a single work shift.
Hyman Yu, head of the Global Product Management Center, stated, "The SPA27EJ and SPA27J have been developed to meet the specific needs of our customers, who require agile and versatile access options for complex spaces such as shopping malls, transport hubs, and construction sites. With the choice of electric or diesel variants, this machine represents a reliable and easily manoeuvrable solution for multiple scenarios, meaning enhanced ROI for both rental companies and end users alike."
The new SPA27EJ is available for order now in global markets, except the United States, mainland Europe, and Australia.
