Titan International is expanding its product portfolio with the launch of Titan Rubber Tracks, marking its entry into the rubber track market. Developed specifically for compact track loaders (CTLs) and mini excavators, Titan Rubber Tracks represent a new product category for the brand, extending its trusted capabilities beyond wheels and tires.

Expanding strategically into compact equipment

Tracked compact equipment continues to play an increasingly important role across construction, rental equipment, and related applications where traction, stability, and uptime are critical. Titan Rubber Tracks are engineered to support these operating demands with a focused offering for compact track loaders and mini excavators.

Rather than relying on standard rubber formulations, Titan is offering a premium rubber compound specifically for these tracks. Internal testing and field evaluation focused on durability and consistency across a wide range of operating conditions, helping ensure reliable performance over the life of the track.

Field trials conducted across multiple regions and machine platforms have generated positive feedback from experienced track users and accumulated extensive hours to validate performance and longevity in these applications.

"Across all field tests, we have no reports of carcass delamination, guide separation, or structural failure, even beyond the above-average expected hours in multiple cases," said Chris Smith, product engineer, Agriculture, Construction, and Industrial. "Testing was also conducted at blue-chip OEM manufacturers where Titan Rubber Tracks exceeded testing requirements on internal durability and high-stress conditions testing."

Engineered to meet modern dealer and equipment operator demands

Titan Rubber Tracks are designed to deliver value for both dealers and end users. Dealers gain a premium track solution they can confidently recommend, stock, and support, while end users benefit from a durable option engineered to help minimize downtime.

The initial launch includes nearly 60 SKUs across 5 tread patterns, designed for over 950 models and over 1500 fitments with options engineered for mixed surfaces, soft ground, high-impact job sites, and general-purpose use. Inventory will be supported through Titan's centrally located Des Moines facility, helping ensure availability and responsive service for both OEM and aftermarket replacement needs.

"Our customers have been asking for Titan to enter this space, but we needed to make sure our tracks are as tough as our tires," said Travis Little, general manager, Ag, Construction, and Industrial. "We've combined our rubber and engineering expertise to develop a rubber track option that meets our standards and works for our customers."

Titan's entry into the rubber track market reflects a deliberate approach to product development.

"We could have entered the rubber track market sooner, but we wanted to take the time to launch a product worthy of the Titan name," said Little. "By working with our rubber compounding and engineering teams, we focused on providing a track designed for long-term performance, and we're confident this is the product our customers have been looking for."
