CASE enhances D Series mini excavator lineup with three next-gen models
The new machines feature zero tailswing, an automotive-style cab experience, and upgraded attachment versatility

CASE Construction Equipment has upgraded its D Series mini excavator lineup with three new models engineered for compact performance and job site versatility. The 3-ton class mini excavators CX30D, CX34D, and CX38D offer an ideal balance of muscle, precision, and attachment compatibility for efficient work in tight quarters. With a compact zero-tailswing design, operators can work up close against walls, near structures, or around hazards with confidence, improving productivity on any job site.
The new CASE 3-ton mini excavators combine comfort with stable performance. An automotive-style cab with ergonomic controls, a suspension seat, and excellent all-around visibility elevates the operator experience and job site awareness. They also deliver improved stability and productivity with a well-balanced undercarriage for steady operation and an optional 6-way dozer blade on the top-of-class CX38D, making grading and backfilling even simpler.
Variations in power and control across the next-gen excavators
Each new model is equipped with different standard features to meet varying operational demands. The CX38D maintains standard features like hydraulic auxiliary flow control and electronic throttle control with auto idle for smoother, more efficient operation. Both the CX30D and CX38D models include an industry-leading light package for visibility in low-light scenarios, as well as a long arm with a thumb bracket for better reach.
Adaptability is also central to the design of these new mini excavators. Compatible with attachments for digging, trenching, dirt moving, vegetation management, and more, these machines can transform for any job. Operators can easily swap attachments with multifunction one- and two-way hydraulics and a second two-way auxiliary hydraulic circuit. Plus, an optional third hydraulic circuit and a constant-flow circuit enable the use of power-hungry attachments for more specialized tasks.
With their compact design, robust performance, and operator-focused features, the new CASE mini excavators help operators and contractors get more done, no matter the size or complexity of the task. Built with operators in mind, these machines make tough jobs easier, more efficient, and more profitable on every site.
