CASE Construction Equipment has added the TL100EV electric mini track loader as its latest addition to the growing family of electric machines. The small-but-mighty stand-on machine is suited for job sites where low noise and zero emissions are critical, from indoor demolition to work near schools or hospitals.

Get more done with a compact machine

With a rated operating capacity of 1,000 lbs., the TL100EV does the work of a loader, lifter, and multi-purpose attachment carrier — all in one electrified, compact package that performs like its diesel counterpart, the CASE TL100 mini track loader.

This machine features a 25 kWh of battery capacity and operates with three independent electric motors — two 11-horsepower motors for the ground drive and one 33-horsepower motor for the hydraulics — providing more torque and performance than a similarly sized diesel model, even during challenging multi-function tasks.

The TL100EV is suited for contractors, landscapers, grounds maintenance teams, municipal work, indoor demolition, and DIY renters by improving efficiency and safety on job sites requiring reduced noise levels. With zero emissions it can also run indoors without the challenges of managing exhaust.

A radial linkage loader arm improves digging performance and cuts down on maintenance, while a 7-foot 2-inch hinge pin height gives plenty of clearance for loading trailers.

For added versatility, the TL100EV is compatible with more than 40 industry-standard attachments — the same as the diesel TL100 — using a CII coupler. A 42-inch wide track option provides maximum stability while a 36-inch narrow track option allows access through entryways and tight spaces. Whether on concrete, indoors, grass, mud or snow, narrower 7-inch tracks give maximum leverage in tight spaces, while 10-inch tracks offer more flotation and less ground pressure for total stability. Non-marring tracks are also available as a factory option.

Simplifying work with a modern operator display

Crews can work more efficiently using a modern operator display panel that provides electro-hydraulic control customization, quick attachment selection, multiple work modes, and boom float. Boom lights and a rear strobe enhance visibility and improve job site safety and awareness.

The TL100EV's total runtime clocks in at up to seven hours when fully charged, depending on the work performed. Charging is handled with an onboard J1772 Type 1 automotive-style charger. An optional offboard DC fast charger is available for applications needing faster charging times. Onboard charging takes approximately 5 to 8 hours, while offboard charging takes 1.5 to 6 hours.

The TL100EV comes with CASE's 2-year/2,000 hours base vehicle warranty and 3-year/3,000 hours battery/EV component warranty. With lower daily operating costs and reduced maintenance demands, operators can do more, with more peace of mind.
