With SimulGrade, operators can now control their SharpGrade grader blade exactly like a six-way dozer blade using the factory-installed electronic joysticks on compatible compact track loaders. This innovation delivers complete wireless control of the grader blade, eliminating the need for additional wiring, buttons, or switches.

"SimulGrade is a game-changer for contractors and operators seeking precision, efficiency, and plug-and-play simplicity," said Rodney Sharp, president of SharpGrade. "It's designed with compatibility, safety, and seamless integration in mind bringing six-way blade control directly to your fingertips through the controls you already know and use."

Key features of SimulGrade:

  • True six-way dozer blade control from your factory-installed electronic joysticks
  • Quick Plug and Play installation, no external wiring
  • Dual redundancy architecture ensures maximum safety and reliability
  • Switchable control modes - toggle between machine and grader blade operation
  • Selectable scarifier and hydraulic wheel retract modes
  • Full proportional control with infinite smooth speed in all directions
  • Precision control with zero cross coupling or 100 percent cross coupling selectable modes
  • Failsafe system automatically returns control to the machine in the event of signal loss

SimulGrade is designed to be easily swapped between machines and brands, offering unmatched versatility and operator comfort. Whether you're grading fine finishes or heavy cuts, SimulGrade gives you total control, right from your loaders seat.

G119 and GF110 grader blade

SharpGrade has also introduced two new pieces of hardware, the G119 grader blade and the GF110 grader blade.

Following the overwhelming success of the G109, the new G119 brings even more power, capability, and innovation to operators demanding peak performance.

Designed for large-frame machines in the 75-100 horsepower range, the G119 features SharpGrade's highly popular hydraulic retracting front wheel assembly, allowing operators to raise and lower the wheel system without ever leaving the cab, a major boost in operating efficiency.

"Operator feedback from the G109 was loud and clear - the hydraulic retract is a game changer," says Rodney Sharp, President of SharpGrade. "The G119 takes everything that made the G109 great and scales it up for even bigger jobs and more powerful machines."

The G119 is engineered for tough environments, including:

  • Medium stone and aggregate handling
  • Large flatwork and commercial slabs
  • Road grading, curb, and sidewalk prep
  • Subdivisions and civil infrastructure work

It is equipped with a full suite of signature SharpGrade features, including:

  • Hydraulic retracting front chassis for more efficient transport and closer grading and obstacle avoidance
  • Pivoting rear blade for precision grading in reverse
  • Underslung walking beam to reduce wheel scuffing in turns
  • Adjustable height hitch plate for perfect machine set-up
  • Hydraulic side wings to manage material and manoeuvrability
  • Zero cross-coupling design

The GF110 grader blade is designed for budget-conscious operators:

Designed specifically for budget-conscious operators, the GF110 delivers exceptional performance by leveraging SharpGrade's high-performance engineering at a more accessible price point.

Following on from the release of the G73 (73-inch) and G89 (89-inch) models introduced in 2025, both featuring retractable front wheel assemblies for compact spaces, the GF110 targets medium-frame machines with higher horsepower, offering powerful grading capabilities for larger-scale jobs.

"Cost is a consideration for many of our customers, especially those expanding their fleets," said Rodney Sharp, president of SharpGrade. "With the GF110, we re-engineered our design to retain core performance features while introducing a fixed front wheel assembly, helping reduce costs without compromising grading precision."

Key features of the GF110:

  • Fixed front wheel assembly, robust design for consistent, accurate grading
  • QuadRod sealed and lifetime-lubricated linkages for maximum durability and precision
  • Adjustable hitch plate and pivoting rear blade, enhancing versatility in tough grading conditions
  • Underslung walking beam, providing smooth operation across uneven terrain
  • Compatible with QuadGrade 2D or 3D machine control systems

Optimized for 65-90-hp skid steers and compact track loaders, the GF110 is ideally suited for a wide range of applications, including:

  • Medium stone and aggregate grading
  • Arena and large flat work
  • Road building and grading
  • Curb and sidewalk preparation
  • Subdivision development
