Brandt Peterbilt delivers first made-in Canada Class 8 truck

The first made-in-Canada Class 8 Peterbilt 579 day cab tractor rolled onto the market this November from the Sainte-Thérèse Peterbilt plant in Québec, marking a significant milestone for the country's trucking and manufacturing sectors.

Because they're manufactured in Canada, the Sainte-Thérèse-built 579s are free of tariffs, allowing Canadian businesses to protect their bottom line without compromising on quality. These day cabs are also built for Canadian operators with the needs of Canadian fleets in mind.
