Brandt’s new material handler designed for North American scrap recycling
Brandt Material Handlers are the only North American designed, built, and supported material handlers on the market

The steel manufacturing, scrap metal, and recycling industries require heavy-duty machines designed to meet the demanding and ever-changing roles that scrap can present. The new BMH60A material handler from Brandt is a North American-designed and built machine tailored to the manufacturing, scrap metal, and recycling industries.
Additional features include rapid cycle times that enable operators to complete the job more efficiently, as well as an energy recovery system coupled with auto-idle and shutdown capabilities. This maximizes fuel efficiency, contributing to reduced operational costs and wear on machine components.
"Locally accessible parts and service is a real game changer for the industry. It will have a huge impact on uptime because you won't have to wait for parts coming from overseas," says Jason Klassen, senior vice president of sales — manufactured products at Brandt. "As well, because this material handler is built on proven John Deere components, it delivers exceptional reliability along with those easy-to-find and maintain parts. This is a machine you can truly count on."
New availability for the U.S. Midwest metal recycling industry
The Midwest metal scrap recycling industry has even greater access to the full lineup of Brandt Material Handlers with the new partnership between Brandt Industries and West Side Tractor Sales Co.
Brandt Material Handlers are designed, manufactured, and supported in North America. They are built on the John Deere platform and deliver unmatched productivity and uptime, with easy-to-find components and support through local dealerships.
