Hitachi Global Air Power has introduced the Sullair E425H electric rotary screw portable air compressor. This latest release is the next step in what the company says is "a new era of innovation and commitment to providing environment-forward compressed air solutions".

"We are focused on building solutions that not only meet our customers' evolving needs but also support a more sustainable future," says John Randall, Hitachi Global Air Power President and CEO. "The E425H reflects our long-term strategy to invest in environment-forward technologies, combining cutting-edge innovation with the performance, efficiency, and reliability our customers expect. It marks another step in our new era of innovation, integrating sustainability with performance-driven design."

The Sullair E425H delivers 425 CFM at 150 psi of compressed air power in a manoeuvrable user-friendly design.

Highlights of the E425H include:

  • Durability and reliability: Built to perform in tough indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Innovative condensate management: Features a patent-pending system that eliminates the need for condensate disposal, reducing environmental impact.
  • Ease of service: Patent-pending swing-out coolers allow for convenient cleaning and maintenance, and easy-to-service design with swing out coolers for easy cleaning.
  • Control and connectivity: A seven-inch colour touch-screen controller ensures intuitive operation, while Sullair AirLinx enables remote monitoring, troubleshooting and equipment tracking.
  • Operational safety: The package layout is designed to enhance safety by keeping electrical and compressed air hazards away from the operator and control panel.

The fully electric operation of the E425H results in quieter operations and no emissions. The E425H may be used anywhere with access to suitable power — including indoor locations not suitable for diesel compressors.

"The E425H carries forward much of the advanced technology found in the Sullair E1035H, making it accessible to a broader range of customers," says Jerel Cole, Hitachi Global Air Power senior product manager." With its versatility, the 375/425 family of compressors serves a far wider range of applications than their larger counterparts. We see tremendous potential in the rental market, especially among independent rental businesses."
