Terex Washing Systems will debut new software system at Hillhead 2024

Terex Washing Systems will debut its STREAM software system at Hillhead 2024. STREAM utilizes real-time data to provide operators with actionable insights, enhancing productivity, and reducing downtime.

Terex Washing Systems will also showcase the AggreScrub pre-screen 150, the AggreScalp, and the FM 120 bucket wheel from its range of "Feeder to Filterpress" machines.

The AggreScrub pre-screen 150 provides material separation with its screening technology. It is suited to the construction and demolition recycling market, with benefits including durable wear characteristics, cost efficiency, and the ability to scrub aggregates effectively and float out clays/silts/lights (wood/plastics) on one chassis.

Second, in the line-up is the AggreScalp, a heavy-duty screen that can operate as a two-way or three-way split screener. The screen can accept media including bofor bars, finger screens, woven mesh, and 3D punch plates, allowing it to be used across many applications.

Terex Washing Systems will also showcase the FM 120 bucket wheel. The machine offers high-capacity sand washing, ideal for demanding applications. The dewatering unit removes silts, slimes, and clays from sand to produce up to two saleable products in applications including concrete, mortar and asphalt sands, quarry dust/crushed fines, lake and beach sands, silica sand, golf course sands, filter bed sands, recycled materials, and iron ore.
