Updated equipment and technology for aggregates operations will be central to the Haver & Boecker Niagara display at World of Asphalt/AGG1 2024, including recently released new vibrating screens and additions to the company's monitoring portfolio.

"Haver & Boecker Niagara is dedicated to bringing state-of-the-art innovations to every aggregates operation," said Karen Thompson, president of Haver & Boecker Niagara. "AGG1 is a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals about not only their operation but the industry as a whole and how our products offer efficient solutions."

Next-generation Niagara F-Class vibrating screens feature new technology that simplifies maintenance while providing high performance and longevity. The updated design retains technical benefits from the original F-Class screens, such as improved performance in material stratification, as well as reduced blinding and pegging.

Niagara Drop Guard wear liners will also be on display. These polyurethane liners provide 100 percent cross beam protection for Niagara vibrating screens and can be easily installed on an entire screen deck in as little as 15 to 20 minutes, saving time.

Making their debut for Haver & Boecker Niagara at AGG1 are Rhino Hyde liners. These thermoset polyurethane liners are designed for powerful abrasion resistance when installed and used on a wide range of quarry equipment. Rhino Hyde is lightweight and reduces maintenance and replacement costs.

A new addition to the company's Pulse technology portfolio is Pulse Condition Monitoring (Pulse CM), a tool that monitors the health of vibrating screens using modern algorithms and artificial intelligence. Pulse CM provides accurate measurements and forecasts, complemented by information that is easy to understand. Pulse CM is a wireless diagnostic tool that helps operations be proactive rather than reactive in their maintenance efforts.

Along with its display in the AGG1 expo space, Haver & Boecker Niagara representatives will be part of education sessions. President Karen Thompson will be part of the Women in Aggregates panel on March 25, while Processing and Equipment Technology Manager Duncan High will discuss Minimizing Downtime and Maintenance on March 26.
