An environmentally friendly machine that operates silently, with performance equal to a diesel-powered machine. The new HA16 E rough-terrain electric articulating lift is the latest addition to Haulotte's PULSEO generation. With this new boom lift, Haulotte says that operators can embrace the present, allowing them to change the story of their daily jobs for a better one.

A versatile two-in-one machine

The HA16 E PULSEO articulating boom is a versatile two-in-one machine. Its electric architecture, combined with rough-terrain performance, makes it suited to both indoor and outdoor applications while ensuring clean and quiet operation.

Equipped with optional non-marking tires, the HA16 E allows work indoors without leaving marks, even on sensitive ground. Its low rear overhang and four-wheel steering – which is available on the HA16 E PRO model – make the boom manoeuvrable.

Silent operation

Thanks to its 100 percent electric design, the HA16 E operates with zero emission, making it suitable for all situations, including nighttime operations, low emissions zones, green-labelled worksites, and zomes where access to combustion engine use is prohibited.

The HA16 E is incredibly silent (<70 dB in electric mode), providing real comfort for the operator's bystanders. Its discretion opens the door to new applications: quiet areas like hospitals, offices, schools, public places (shopping malls, pedestrian streets, airports), and indoor and enclosed worksites.

An extended range

Whatever the worksite constraints, the HA16 E offers several charging solutions: main plug, three-phase outlet accelerated charger, or charging with its Range Extender. Installed in less than 5 minutes, the Range Extender is a removable generator solution that recharges the HA16 E batteries to 80 percent in three hours.

With the Range Extender, the HA16 E allows for work on all types of construction sites, including those without access to the electrical grid. The Range Extender is 100 percent versatile and interchangeable with the HS15 E and HS18 E scissor lift models and future models of the PULSEO range.

The HA16 E is ideal for rough-terrain work that is identical to a diesel-powered boom. Its electric architecture combined with a mechanical axle drive makes it ideal for all types of terrain. The drive power provided by its equipment enables the HA16 E to climb slopes up to 40 percent and work on tilted grades up to five degrees.

Simplified maintenance

Haulotte says that the HA16 E is designed to simplify maintenance and lower the total cost of ownership. Its integrated diagnostic tool allows for direct access to components, AGM batteries, and maintenance-free asynchronous motors (AC). These structural elements, combined with the SHERPAL telematics solution, enable fleet managers to get a lot out of their HA16 E.
