CASE Construction Equipment has created a lease program called the CASE Power Lease from the manufacturer and CNH Industrial Capital. This lease program is valid on all new CASE D Series and E Series excavators 13 tonnes and larger. Equipment owners throughout the U.S. and Canada can utilize the program and can apply a credit for up to 300 unused hours at the end of the term towards the purchase of a new CASE excavator that is 13 tonnes or larger.

The CASE Power Lease on full-size excavators has lease rates for 36 months/3,000 hours, plus a full machine warranty and all planned maintenance for the life of the lease. Another benefit includes an additional 1 year/1,000 hours of powertrain warranty if purchased at lease-end.

Terry Dolan, the vice president of North America at CASE Construction Equipment, says that the new lease was built so that contractors have an increased ability to control their costs because they only need to account for fuel and wear items during the lease.
