Innovations from across Kleemann's portfolio of crushing and screening plants will be on display in Munich, Germany October 24-30 for bauma 2022, including the launch of a new impact crusher.
The newest in the PRO line of plants, the MOBIREX MR 130(i) PRO works as a primary or secondary crusher and combines output, precision and sustainability. An all-electric drive concept with the option of an external power supply for CO2-free operation, the plant consumes a low level of energy per ton of final product, Kleemann states. An optional large double-deck secondary screening unit allows for two classified final grain sizes. A heavy rotor and powerful 250 kW electric drive ensures a high and stable throughput, with continuous crushing guaranteed by a Continuous Feed System.
Kleemann's new MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO is a powerful mobile screen for coarse elements, targeted at changing challenges in different applications. Flexible conversion options ensure that material flow will be optimized for natural stone and recycling work. A range of screen surfaces and simple settings of screen parameters allow for quick and easy adaptation. The plant is simple to operate thanks to an intuitive control system, easy access to components and a drive with optional external power supply for emission free work.
The EVO2 plant line is designed to work together to improve output, efficiency and flexibility, and Kleemann will display the latest members of the line - the MOBICAT MC110(i) EVO2 and MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 jaw and cone crushers respectively - at bauma with line coupling.
In addition, Kleemann will show its SPECTIVE operating concept, which includes a variety of components tuned to one another that accompany the machine operator through the day. An intuitive touch panel and radio remote panels work with the digital SPECTIVE CONNECT digital application to support work site digitization. New SPECTIVE CONNECT features will be presented at bauma, making operator tasks even easier.
