Snorkel launches new online warranty services portal
Snorkel has launched its new online warranty services portal.
The new online warranty services portal allows Snorkel equipment owners to digitally manage all product warranty and warranty claim information. New users can create an account to submit a claim, search and view claim history, and submit labour rate declarations. The online portal provides 24/7 access and up-to-date product warranty information. There is no change in how claims are processed. Snorkel is improving the experience to submit and track warranty claims and aims to improve claim processing times.
The new warranty services portal is part of a customer support digitization campaign by Snorkel. While the company is still accepting scanned/mailed paper copies of warranty claim submissions, this will be phased out over the coming months.
